Yoga Nidra is a guided deep relaxation that scans through the body, allowing each part to fully relax.

Yoga means “union” or “oneness,” and “nidra” translates as “sleep.”  However, it is not an act of sleep, but a state of expanded awareness while in a state of deep relaxation.  It is technically not a meditation according to the Sutras because it does not rise to the level of “absorption (the seventh limb).”
**This course is open to students with a steady practice who wish to learn more about Yoga Nidra.

 

IN THIS 25 HOUR TRAINING, YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO TEACH YOGA NIDRA WITH MAIN TOPICS INCLUDING:

  • Yoga Nidra, the art of conscious relaxation – the history, science, benefits, and accessible techniques
  • The neuroscience of Yoga Nidra

*This course is also open to students with a steady practice who wish to learn more about Yoga Nidra.
