>> Buses are available from Port Authority to Phoenicia, NY (Thursday: 9:15am-12:29pm or 2:00pm-5:30pm).

>> $15 shuttle can be arranged from Phoenicia, NY to retreat center upon request. Transportation cost not included. Depart Menla Mountain Retreat Center by 5:00pm on TBD
