Offering a variety of classes for just $10 ($5 for students), ranging from vinyasa flow, to basics beginner classes, to 90-minute master classes and all points in between, Yoga Vida has got a supportive and inspiring class for yoga practitioners of all levels, shapes, and sizes. We also proudly offer a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Program, a great range of workshops, live music classes, special themed nights, and much more.
