Yoga for Beginners
New to yoga, try a Basics Class... Try a Basics class with other beginners and get more comfortable with the introductory postures and whole experience in a friendly and engaging environment. Basics Classes are held on Weekdays at 5:30 pm @ 99 University and 6:00 pm @ 666 Broadway, as well as 2:30 pm on weekends at both studios - be sure to check the schedule. 200 Hour Teacher Training

Our 200-hour Training Program is for more than just the aspiring yoga teacher. It's for anyone in a transition, looking for direction, or simply searching for a deeper understanding of yoga. Students become part of a community of like-minded yogis looking to evolve their own personal practice. Working together in this supported group environment as well as with individual mentors, students will have an opportunity to grow as teachers and individuals. Throughout this program, we'll study...
